Your path is clear.
No more excuses.Crown Circles
More than a Board Meeting
An intense, accountability-focused boardroom-style experience with strong elements of follow-through between quarterly meetings.
Members of the Circle are expected to report on their finances, growth obstacles, and strategic plans—and present a full quarterly review to the group.
Crown Circles
Who is this for?
This is for serious founders and business owners with a gross revenue of $250,000 to $25,000,000 who are running real companies and want the incredible benefits of the pressure, precision, and accountability of a true boardroom—people who want to be held to the standard they say they want to reach.
How will this help?
This gives you the disciplined structure, brutal clarity, and high-level accountability of a true boardroom—so you stop plateauing and start scaling with purpose and power.
What is required?
You’re expected to come prepared with a full quarterly business report, including financials, show up on time for two full-day boardroom sessions each quarter, submit detailed mid-quarter updates, and commit to at-least one full year under a strict confidentiality agreement.
When do we meet?
Each circle meets quarterly for two intensive 8-hour boardroom sessions—online or in-person—with a working lunch and breaks between presentations. This is where real growth gets reported, challenged, and refined—every quarter, no excuses.
How much does this cost?
Pricing is determined based on your last year’s gross revenue and the specific industry you serve. Schedule an interview to get pricing specific to your situation.
Is this a wise investment?
Yes. If you’re running a real company (or working towards it) and aiming for serious scale, this experience is less costly than a quick part time hire and far more valuable—you’ll walk in with a business, and walk out with a better one. This is an investment that pays in profit, growth, and peace of mind.
How do I join?
"I want a seat at the table."This is an invitation-only experience, but you can request an interview by submitting a short application. If it looks like you’re a fit, and we have an open seat, we’ll reach out personally with next steps.
We keep it invite-only to preserve the quality of the group—because the wrong energy can ruin the collaborative environment we’ve carefully built. Everyone inside is committed, serious, and aligned. No chaos, no posturing, no passengers—just real business owners solving real problems, together.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t have time to add another meeting to my calendar?
These aren’t “just meetings”—they’re 4 quarterly accountability sessions that sharpen your thinking, eliminate bottlenecks, and fast-track decisions you’d otherwise spend weeks stressing over. Our members tell us they get more done in the weeks after a meeting than in the months before. Time spent here pays you back by shifting your thinking from working “in your business” to working “on your business.”
Do I have to share sensitive details about my business?
No, but growth happens when you drop the façade and get real. That said, every member signs a strict confidentiality agreement. This is a private, trusted circle. Nothing leaves the room.
Will I feel intimidated by the other participants?
We hope so; at-least to some degree. That means you’re in the right room. Our members are kind, direct, and serious about growth—but no one expects perfection. We grow by being around people we can learn from. If you’re willing to show up and put in the work, you belong here.
What makes this different from other masterminds or groups?
Masterminds are loose, unfocused, and full of fluff. These are not. Crown Circles are structured, high-trust groups that run like a machine—tight agendas, real reporting, and outcomes that matter. This is accountability with teeth.
Do I get any 1:1 support?
Our host is available to chat with when big issues come up between meetings so no one is ever left hanging without a lifeline.
Additionally, while these are group-based experiences, many members also join our One Seat program for direct quarterly strategy sessions. Reach out if you’re interested.
Can I join with a partner, spouse, or key employee?
Yes. Secondary seats are available at 50% off the first seat. Many founders bring a co-founder, spouse, or operator so they’re aligned on vision and action. Just indicate this during your interview.
What happens after I request an interview?
We’ll review your details and—if it looks like there’s a fit—we’ll let you know within two business days. We don’t “sell” seats. We invite the right people into the right group. If it’s not the right time, we’ll tell you that, too.
What is your refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds. This is a commitment-based experience. That said, if life throws you a major curveball, we’ll work with you to pause or shift your seat. You’re not a number here—we build real relationships.
Couldn't I do this on my own?
Maybe, but you won’t. If you could, wouldn’t you have already done so?
As entrepreneurs we’re really good at finding more cost effecient ways to do things, but that comes at a high cost in terms of time and focus.
Also, this isn’t simply a social club. It’s an experience dedicated to keeping you focused on growing your business that actually works.
Note From our Founder
If there’s one thing I’ve learned after working with entrepreneurs for over two decades, it’s this…
The people who win are the ones who learn to focus.
With One Golden Path, our entire philosophy is built around drilling down to the one thing that matters most—in your business, in your systems, in your mindset, in your next move.
Not fifty tactics. Not a mess of to-dos. Just the clearest path forward, over and over again.
But why?
Because when we solve the right problem, we unlock growth.
And when we grow, we create wealth.
Wealth—real wealth—is what opens the door to firsts.
Your first luxury car, that you’ve dreamt of since you were eight years old.
Your first paid off home, that you thought you’d die indebted to.
The first time you say “yes” to the trip you couldn’t afford to take your spouse or partner on.
The first time your kid walks onto a college campus and you know they’re covered.
The first time your business doesn’t feel like it’s running you.
The first time you feel like, yeah—I’ve actually made it. That’s why we do this.
Thank you for letting me be part of the many future firsts you’re going to celebrate. I can’t wait to see what they are.
